Rachel Foster

Rachel Foster has been dedicated to fighting injustice for more than 35 years.  She is President and Co-Founder of World Without Exploitation, formerly directed the New Abolitionists Campaign, and has been an advocate at the Tompkins County Task Force for Battered Women and Sanctuary for Families, a community organizer at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, and an attorney and Board Officer at Brooklyn Legal Services.  Ms. Foster is also Founder and President of Heights Advisors and Co-Founder of Brooklyn Cat Cafe, and has developed shelters for transitional families and domestic violence survivors.  Along with Lauren Hersh, Ms. Foster was named to the 2026 TIME100 for advocacy with survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse.
