Survivor of Sex Trafficking; Advocate; Motivational Speaker; Artist
Margeaux Gray
Margeaux Gray transcended her experience being trafficked for sex as a five-year-old child, and now advocates against this injustice. She has testified before the U.S. Congress on legislation protecting trafficking victims, presented at schools and community events, written op-eds, and with her guide dog for the blind, she continues to lead the way in making a difference.
“To express myself freely and creatively through art has been an integral part of my liberation. My art incorporates everyday items that other people might consider useless, as a metaphor that people whom our society might disregard—among them victims of human trafficking—are full of worth and beauty.”
