A lifelong advocate for women’s rights, Yasmeen Hassan is Principal of My Yellow Brick Road, LLC, strategically advising nonprofits, social enterprises, and foundations. Previously, Ms Hassan served as Global Executive Director of Equality Now, an international human rights organization that protects and advances the rights of women and girls around the world.  At Equality Now, Ms. Hassan supported work to end sex trafficking, by addressing demand for prostitution, and fighting to penalize traffickers and buyers of sex while decriminalizing victims and providing them with services. Ms. Hassan also serves on the boards of Musawah and Women for Women International and on advisory boards for Gucci Chime for Change and Gucci Changemakers.
