Alain Kodsi has enjoyed rich and varied careers in legal practice, finance, venture capital, and real estate, and has also engaged in numerous community projects.  As the principal of Heights Advisors, a real estate development and investment management firm, Mr. Kodsi directs investments in social-impact projects, including shelters developed with Samaritan Village and Urban Resource Institute.  Heights Advisors has served as lead investor in more than $1.5 billion of real estate projects and direct developer of more than $1 billion of projects.  Mr. Kodsi co-founded Serenity Pharmaceuticals, which was acquired in 2022, and currently serves as a General Public Member of the Board of United Neighborhood Houses.
