Dorchen Leidholdt, the Co-Founder and Co-Director of the New Abolitionists Campaign, is also the Director of Sanctuary for Families’ Center for Battered Women’s Legal Services, the largest legal services program dedicated to victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and gender-based violence in the country. Ms. Liedholdt also co-founded the Coalition Against Trafficking in Women in 1998 and the New York State Anti-Trafficking Coalition in 2005, teaches at Columbia Law School, and is Co-Editor of the Lawyer’s Manual on Human Trafficking: Pursuing Justice for Victims.
