After serving as President and CEO of the Paley Center, Pat Mitchell became its Senior Advisor, and continues to use decades of experience as a media executive, journalist, and producer as a force for social change. She was the first woman President and CEO of Public Broadcasting Service, BS and President of CNN Productions. She is now Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Connected Women Leaders and Project Dandelion, and Co-Founder, Editorial Director, Curator, and Host of TEDWomen. She is also Chair Emerita of the Women’s Media Center, a former chair and current trustee of the Sundance Institute, and serves with the Skoll Fund, Woodruff Arts Center, Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum Advisory Council, CARE Global Advisory Council, and V-Day. She is also the author of Becoming a Dangerous Woman: Embracing Risk to Change the World.
