Emily Pasnak-Lapchick is the Founder, Coach and Social Impact Consultant at Chrysalis Exchange, where she works with social impact organizations and individuals on coaching, career transitions, burnout prevention, strategic planning, human-centered design, and program design.  Previously, as Manager of UNICEF USA’s End Trafficking Project, Ms. Pasnak-Lapchick led a national awareness and advocacy campaign about child trafficking, reaching 60,000 constituents each year.  She has sat on the CORE Group for the Committee to Stop Trafficking in Persons, served as a Steering Committee Member for Fair Trade Colleges and Universities, represented GIFT box on behalf of Stop the Traffik USA, and spoken on CNN International, at the United Nations, and at international conferences.
