Valiant Richey is Global Head of Partnerships, Elections & Market Integrity at TikTok and formerly served as OSCE Special Representative and Coordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, where he advised 57 OSCE participating states in the development and implementation of anti-trafficking strategies and policies.  Prior to this, Mr. Richey served as a Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for King County in the office’s Special Assault Unit, where he prosecuted a number of cases involving the trafficking and purchase of children for sex, and conducted numerous trainings on commercial sexual exploitation for law enforcement, service providers, policy makers, and the general public.
