Carol Smolenski
Co-Founder and Former Executive Director, ECPAT-USA (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes) and now PACT (Protect All Children from Trafficking)
As Executive Director and Co-Founder of ECPAT-USA, now PACT, Carol Smolenski developed projects against the trafficking of children in New York City, Mexico, Belize, and Brazil. As a national expert on child sex trafficking, she also has spoken at numerous conferences and presented testimony in venues ranging from the New York City Council to the U.S. Congress to the United Nations. Ms. Smolenski retired from ECPAT-USA in November 2019.
