Chef, restaurateur, and author, Jonathan Waxman has graced such prestigious kitchens as Chez Panisse in Berkeley and Michael’s in Los Angeles, and is the chef and owner of Barbuto in Manhattan’s West Village, Barbuto Brooklyn, Bar Tizio, and Jams, and chef/partner at Park Tavern on Washington Square in San Francisco. Giving back is important to Mr. Waxman, and he works closely with many charities, including Citymeals on Wheels.
