Vanessa Williams is an actor, singer, writer, director, and producer who has appeared in numerous television series and films, including Soul Food, New Jack City, and Candyman.  Recent credits include the drama series Wild Rose and Crutch.  Ms. Williams uses her public platform to support and advocate for causes that confront injustice and create positive social change.  She has supported the Black AIDS Institute and served as an ambassador for A CALL TO MEN, an organization committed to helping create a world where men and boys are loving and respectful and women, girls, and those at the margins are valued and safe
